It looks like only a single zone in us-east-1 is impacted. We have added more capacity in other zones and are actively monitoring the situation.

We are suspecting impact from an ongoing AWS issue. We are currently assessing our impact, but some monitoring systems are also impacted. Our synthetic tests are still passing.
