One of our websocket edge nodes became degraded during the original problem, end-users connected to that particular node will have continued to have problems receiving broadcast messages until 21:10 GMT.

From 17:38 GMT, users may have noticed an increase in error rates for authentication. We are currently investigating the issue.

This incident affected: Channels REST API, Channels WebSocket client API, and Channels presence channels.
