Identified

We are experiencing some problems with presence and channel existence state consistency, and are working to bring the data back to a consistent state. Queries for state via the HTTP API and presence updates delivered via WebSocket and WebHook may yield incorrect data whist the issue is on-going.

Normal pub-sub messaging is unaffected.
