The issue affecting webhooks between around 21.20 and 21.40 GMT has been resolved.

One host got rebooted and that the failover didn't happen as expected, we're still investigating the root cause of why both of those events happened

We are currently experiencing an issue with webhooks. We are working as hard as we can to get them operational again.
